This has been a best-seller for us for a long time. If there is a cheese that represents the strength of our business over time, this is it. Resilient and improving with age but still able to showcase the top-quality milk from which it is made, our White Cheddar is aged for approximately six months. It could be described as “medium bodied” and hopefully satisfies both those looking for something creamy or something sharp.
