A Whole Milk semi-aged Mozzarella that is the ultimate pizza cheese. It can be used as a base, shredded and mixed with some of our others like Norwood or Dry Fork Reserve to create an interesting a flavorful melting blend. Whole milk allows it to go a longer way than most block Mozzarellas. Very simply it is a mild and buttery expression of our milk.
Try it shaved over fresh summer tomatoes and basil with black pepper drizzled with balsamic vinegar.
