All deliveries are shipped via UPS. Orders with perishable products are delivered in insulated packaging and ice packs to ensure the quality of our product.

Orders can not be shipped to Post Office (PO) boxes.

Due to increasing temperatures of the summer, May 1 – September 30, we will no longer offer any ground shipping to zones 3, 4, and 5. If you wish to place an order to ship to one of the listed zones, please call our office at 270-434-4124.

Orders usually arrive the day after they are shipped within Kentucky and Tennessee, and within 2-4 days within the rest of the Continental United States. Orders are not shipped on Friday, Saturday, or Sunday to avoid risk to perishable products.
