Description
Our classic Colby with the added smokiness of locally grown Chipotle Peppers. This particular cheese is interesting in that it brings a very meaty flavor profile. Chefs have been known to use it in place of bacon in melted cheese dishes to bring that smokiness. Try it on a veggie burger or on its own for a delicious snack.
