If you love our Jalapeno Jack then you are going to flip over this new cheese! We took our Jalapeño Jack with the added pep and kick of fresh jalapeño peppers and sent it to Shuckman’s Smokery in Louisville to be cold smoked. This has the best of both worlds with a spicy kick and a subtle smokiness that will make you melt.  We make this for lovers of spice but it is not too overwhelming if you are a medium-spice kind of person. Still a brilliant melter with the same amount of depth as our original Monterey Jack
