Our creamy Monterey Jack with a bit more flavor. We soaked the curds in Sierra Nevada Pale Ale before pressing the blocks so it has an amazing ale taste woven throughout each bite. It is a great on grilled cheese, burgers, bratwurst and melted in sauces (especially for pub pretzels). This comes in a 7 oz block.
